Well Last night was a struggle especially when I was preparing the kids dinner. Today I followed the same plan I had yesterday and so far so good. I've been so busy today so it wasn't so bad. Now when I get home my struggle will began. Well only 5 more days!
Today I started my 7 day pre-op diet. I must say that I was a little nervous. I wondered how I would tolerate the supplements. Today I had a banana protein shake by bariatric advantage that wasn't bad for breakfast. For lunch I'm sipping on a whey protein shot mixed with some water and very little crystal lite to bear the taste. For dinner I will have broth, jello and water with special k protein mix to get my 60 protein in for the day. It was shaky at lunch because someone in my group had chick
