well one week has passed and I feel not bad at all. I like listening to what others have gone through as then do not feel so alone. I am still on thick fluids so this week might start trying other things like eggs and such. I am still worried about everything , but I needed a tool and I am hoping this is it. I just need to remember to stop shoving stuff into my mouth. I have lost 17 lbs in the last 3 weeks. started at 255 and 236 today. I am happy with that. I realize as I start to eat again
