11 Days Pre-Op

I am on day 3 of my two week pre-op diet - so far so good - I have already noticed that the daily heartburn I have been suffering from over the last four months have subsided! Step in the right direction!   Was tempted to have one of my son's chicken nuggets earlier this afternoon, but am proud of myself for not giving in - my eating habits are/were more comfort eating than anything else.
