Ok, so I have not been loyal to the band. I got my band on 9/2/09 and through April had only been giving it a half-hearted attempt. Today, I had my 4th fill which put me at 9.6 in a 14.0 band. I have noticed more restriction after each previous fill but still felt like not enough. Well, tonight I discovered that 9.6 may be enough! LOL Wow, the worst stuck episode ever... though I have only had 4 or 5 total. I did get some protein in before I hit my limit. Now, I am more excited to stay focus
