So, my surgery is in 10 days. I made the mistake of seeing the surgery being done in a movie a few weeks back... I am now nervous.   I am currently on day 5 of my pre-op diet, and doing pretty well. Seems everyone's diet is different.. mine is low fat, no starch, no sugar, no caffeine, no fruit. Essentially I'm on veggies and grilled fish and chicken. My only slip up was on day 2 with a coffee. I have successfully quit smoking and drinking, and lost 5lbs in the last 5 days.   Hoping the next
