This is all new to me. I was banded on Thur 3/11/10. I felt fantastic the day of the surgery and this morning (Friday) - but I swallowed a pill early this morning without breaking out of the capsule and all day I've had the hiccups. After discharge from the hospital - I came home and have not been able to get anything in. No H20, no broth, no chewable pepsid, no milk - NOTHING. Now, my throat is terribly sore - and frankly so is my esophagaus. I've read blogs in here about blockage and slippage
