Banded in October and fill in November - need help.

Hi,   I am very new to this - I live in New Mexico and was banded in Mexico. I have lost only 20 lbs. so far and got my first fill in late November. I have no idea if I am on track or totally off course.   Can someone please share their experience with me? I need to do my part which I haven't been doing. I need to start exercising and watch what I eat. I am also considering getting another fill soon.   In New Mexico we can only go to a fill center so I have had almost no aftercare. I just need to get my head on straight and reach out to others.   Any response would be much appreciated. Thank you.
