I have decided that i will be starting to do a video journal once i start going through this main process... this preopt diet has sucked. I heard most people didnt even have to do a diet. But i shall do as the doctor has instructed. I cant wait to hear the final date for surgery tomorrow. Im not nervous about the surgery it
I just had my consult today.. with the dietican, doctor and nurse. Im already started my pre opt diet.. high protein drinks and one meal a day less than 200 calories... Bleh... im a really nervous about doing this diet, and surgery, but i know i need to do something about my weight before it gets more out of control. Can anyone tell me what happens after surgery? How bad was the pain, Im just wondering what to expect! Thanks for all the feed back :cursing: Thanks!
