Hi, I had my surgery two weeks ago today and lost 13 pounds before surgery and lost 6 pounds since surgery. Is that good or do i have too high of a expectation? I know this is not a miracle cure it's a tool. But I feel like I've cheated when I have followed it almost to the tee. Plus, I've been really constipated is that usual. My first appointment is this Friday. What should I expect? Laurie
