Omg!

My friend went to be banded on this sat and she made it through it all. She called me from Mexico and she says it's not worth it yet.LOL! Her left side is killing her. She is in a lot of pain and meds not helpping. I will keep you all posted. :tt1: I can't wait to be banded.

I go for my first doctors visit on Jan 15th. I have done my seminar. I need to do many more important vists I am sure. I just hope I can gain the encourgement to stay away from bad foods for me.
