well i have weighed myself this morning and i am 19 stone .06 pounds so 2 pounds and i will be in the 18 stone again not been that for years eating a pured diet now scrambled egg tuna and mash miulk shakes and coffee and flavoured water all going good
well day three has nearly gone and the pain is still there just to let me know i finally had my op, had to get my daughter to fetch me some gripe water home with her today the wind under my diaphram is causiung alot of discomfort but fluids are going down well and staying down more to the pooint
well here goes this is day two out of surgery, i had my gastric band on friday 27th november which was myt wedding annaversary as well i have had alot of pain due to wind rolling under my stitches and feel like i been kicked a few times round a football pitch but am glad i had it done, i was told i wouldnt feel any restriction untill my first fill but i am sure i can either that or its just the swelling iunside not sure yet. i still cant lay on my side but it will come soon i hope i hate sleepi
