Got banded Nov.16th.and also had a hernia repaired. I have had a pretty easy recovery with the first week being on pain meds but pretty much pain free since.   I have lost about 18 lbs on my scale but less when I weigh in at the DR's!!?   I am due to have my first fill next week and am very scared. Fear of needles and fear of further constricition has me aprehensive.   Iam walking some but have not started real exercise as I was told not to lift anything more than 10lbs or do anything w
