I started riding a bike at GOLDS which is my gym last week. I started out at 9 miles and am up to 12 miles a day. Thought I'd start walking 15 minutes, and ride for 45 to burn off more calories. My diet's OK. For breakfast I'm eating yogurt, drink a diet drink mid morning, and then eat a small portioned lunch. For dinner, I'm counting calories and trying smaller portions. Since surgery in Sept., I've lost around 26 pounds. Should I be losing weight faster?   jp
