Today I "realized" that i'm going to be alright. It was my jobs Thanksgiving potluck I took cream of chicken soup and my sugar free jello and I was alright. I wasn't tempted to go and get a plate and that was a big step for me. This weekend I'm starting my journey of going to the gym.......Cross your fingers, eyes and toes and wish me luck....
I'm learning patience is a virtue..It seems the more days that go by my body is starting to adjust to the change that's being made. It was a killer cooking my family dinner watching them eat steak and me eating my chicken broth or drinking my protein shake..I was tempted a few times to give in then I would think you " your cravings are short term but you body is for a lifetime"....:mad2:
