I was banded june 28th and have only lost 22 lbs. I dont have the energy to excercise and I know that this is a must. I will try my treadmill this week and see what happens. My doctor has done slow fills since I got sick straight after surgery my belly filled with air and had to have a tube down my nose and 3 days more in the hospital weeehay 4th of july.... anyways since its been a slow fill I am still able to eat more than I should be and its been darn hard not tooo. well I am hoping with this
