Today I started the pre-liquid diet because I am an eater and I needed to transition. My pre-liquid is actually a liquid diet that the surgeon gave but but also include vegetable pureed soup, and oranges, limes and grapefruit. I've spent the day laying down as if I am going to die of misery. Later in the afternoon I felt better and got motivated to make my beef soup. It's still boiling and I am too excited. Hi...I will be banded November 9, 2009. I'm almost 5'-11" and I weigh 313 lbs. For some reason, lately, all I can think about is how my stomach is going to look after the weightloss. After 2 office visits with Dr. Cooperstone and completing all of the required "studies" I was told that he does not take my insurance. I was informed when I called today to follow-up with the progress of approval by the insurance company. She said "Your insurance has not responded". I said "When should I follow up?"
