Well, my journey has started. I was banded 10/7/09. I am 6 days post op and it has gone fairly well considering. I had a lot of pain and gas pain in my shoulders. Drinking liquids proved to be difficult at first but it's gotten better as each day goes by. I have lost 13 pounds in the last 20 days. So far so good I guess. I need to pick up the walking now too. Not doing enough of that!
