Well tomorrow morning at 5:45 am I have my surgery. I made it through 2 weeks of liquids and have lost 13 pounds with exercise. I am so excited about where I have come from and where I am going. The past two weeks have been so much more psychological than physical. See you on the otherside. 110lbs. to go!!:smile:
On day 11 of my liquid diet and I havent lost it yet. Yesterday was the most difficult day that I have had controlling my hunger. I did learn a very valuable lesson though in a moment of weakness I ate solid food and I suffered all evening. I only need one reminder and I am back on board. Since I began 11 days ago is have lost 12lbs. I am really ready for surgery on Friday. :rolleyes2:
I am on Day 4 of my liquid diet and although the first 2 days were a hard I have found that keeping busy is the best way to deal with the change. Getting on the treadmill was fun. Fun because I havent done it in so long it was new. The other thing I would recommend is to track your food intake. I have been using www.fooddiary.com for the past 48 days and have lost 17.5lb.
