How do you know if your pouch is stretched? Do you have heartburn? vomitting? what? Oh and one weird thing... I was laying in bed one night and I had my hand on my stomach and I could swear I heard a "pop" don't know if maybe it was the stitches or what. It was weird. Hello all! I got banded on 03/25/09and have lost 28bs so far!! Whoo hoo! I am filled to 3ccs right now. I find that I can eat what ever I want, I can eat salads and I can eat one piece of wheat bread w/ turkey, and it's not toasted. I don't do this often, maybe on the weekend, but it takes me forever to eat it. Um, I have been working out, doing a step class and free weights. I was just wondering if anyone else is able to eat salads, some breads, etc... ON occassion I treat myself to one crispy
