So I had my first fill today, 2cc's. I'm on liquids until tomorrow then i have to start the stages all over again... Pureed, soft foods, etc. Should i expect to lose more weight after my first fill? I was banded on Aug 7th and lost 19 lbs so far. I hope the pounds start to come off even quicker. I'm working hard and keeping to the diet. Any advice would be helpful, thanks for reading!
WOW!!! I cannot believe I lost that much weight already, its crazy. Last summer I was on the Gym and diet thing for 2 months, I lost 18 in 2 months.... Of course gaining it back again. Not to say this band thing isn't hard because this has been the hardest 8 days of my life on the liquid diet. I watch tv and all the commercials are about food. If Dave wasn't dead I'd kill him also including Col. sanders, Ronald McDonald, and that stupid Burger King "guy" to name a few. You can't even get
I'm 4 days post-op and feeling exhausted today. I just walked for about 15 minutes and feel like i walked 5 miles. My port is sore but other than that there is not much pain. I feel like im not taking in enough calories to sustain myself. I'm guessing about 100 cal per day max. I really just laid around all day today with no motivation to do anything. Not to mention my mind constantly thinking about food. I literally try to shake the thoughts out of my head when fajitas or pizza popped in
wow! Im glad that is over. I was so nervous the day of my surgery. Now im just trying to heal. For me the gas was the absolute worst part. Thankfully that has subsided a little today. I cant wait until im "back to normal". If anyone has any tips or suggetions I would love to read them.
Wow I can't believe my surgery is tomorrow. I cant begin to tell you all of the emotions I am feeling right now. I just wish I can fast forward the day. I'm hopeful that everything will go well. I'm excited for life after surgery. That's all for now.. More post op info to come   :frown::crying::w00t:
