Lap Band on 5/7....5 Days Ago....First Posting

I was banded with the Realize band on May 7, 2009 by Dr. Manuel Castro in Dallas, Texas. We used Trinity Medical Center. Surgery went beautifully.   I had a bit of pain, for sure, but today I feel really good. It has been 5 days since surgery. I'm going to use this blog to chart my weight loss, my diet notes, and my general commentary as this process continues.   Right now, I feel a bit restricted but not too much.
