Wow where do i start?

ok so i BMI of 38 i am 100 pounds over weight i have kaiser insurance, i have been refered by my primary, seen the phycrictic and was cleared i did the class and now next weeke i have the orentation, i wonder if anyone knows about how long it takes through kaiser? I wanna hurry and get it over, i am so ready to start my life and have the freedom..... welll thanks for the help.
