I am stuck, my weight is at a plateau and I don't feel good today. My head is pounding just on the right side, my stomach isn't feeling that great and I have no idea why. Tylenol isn't taking the headache away either. I just want to whine today    Thats my complaint for the day    I can't wait to go away to Vegas!!!!
So here I am frustrated with the fact that I have only lost 18 lbs since surgery, I know its good but I didn't lose any weight this week. I stayed the same as last week. Then I am about to start foods, and how do I not fail myself now? How do i restrain from eating foods that I shouldn't? Or even worse how do I keep from over eating, I have no restriction. ARRGGH  I try to find solace in these boards, but then you have these people on here whining and bitching that there MD didn't tell
