Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays of each week I go to the gym. A day of rest in between to help build the muscles and give them a rest.   My work out regimen consists of cardio and weight machines. I spend a total of 55 minutes on the bike. 50 minutes with my heart rate at 144 bps and a 5 minutes cool down. This yields 19 miles and burns approximately 300 calories.   I move to the weight machines where I do 2 sets of 12 reps at the highest weight possible that will have me almost straining
