Hi,   Well this is my first blog entry on Lapbandtalk. I have recently started coming here more and more. I was banded on 3/17/09 and so far am doing well. As of this morning I am down 22 lbs from surgery which isn't bad at all. I'm glad to be on this site and hope to become an active part of this community.   Until next time ...
