Today is Dec. 2nd and it is my last day of real food for 2 months. Of course I had to go out with a bang and eat my fav junk food. After purchasing it, I kind of forced myself to eat it as I bought two bags of popcorn but was satisfied with one. I

Today I started my pre-op diet. It has not been too bad. I know I am going to have to go to bed earlier. I have been reading my post surgery diet for the first 7 weeks and it seems different from other information provided. I guess I will eventually learn. I lied to one of my co-workers today. I had been pretty open about my pursuance of this surgery but once approved, I have been private. I can only hope she understands why I had to be quiet. I don't want all eyes on me. My success i
