Woke up early early today, 4am, and could not get back to sleep so I got up as a was hoping to get some housework done. Boy did I! Went on a cleaning spree and cleaned for hours and hours. Am exhausted now but feel good. Had a 1/4 cup of cream of wheat for breakfast, a protein shake a few hours later and a cup of tomato soup for lunch. Not hungry at all and stomach feels pretty good. Belly is still a bit sore but each day it seems to feel better and better. I believe I can start riding my statio
My name is Nancy and I had the Lap-Band surgery 5 days ago. My physician is Dr Woodman of Memphis Tn. My starting weight was 323 when scheduling my surgery and I had to lose 13 lbs before he would do the surgery and only had 13 days to lose it. I succeeded and lost exactly 13 lbs. I had the surgery at 10am and was able to leave the hospital by 5:30 pm that evening for the 2 hr ride home. That night I can say was miserable and I got no sleep at all. I was in alot of pain and the pain medicine
