Well I am feeling a little BLAH today and ready to be at home. I know I am in the recovery stage still, but I have only lost 1 lbs in the last week and compared to the high you get from loosing 15 lbs in two weeks it is really a drag ha ha.. I know it is better for me to loose at a steady pase, but I feel like I never eat and from intake alone you would think I would drop the weight rather rapidly.
