Okay, I went and ate waaay too much today. Now my stomache really hurts. Again. I know I have to get a grip, and soon. But I've had a real hard time finding an answer to this question. If I have stretched my pouch out, is it possible to "shrink" it or get it to go back to it's original size? If so, please, somebody tell me what to do and for how long. I haven't done that 5 day pouch test. I've heard mixed results about it. But I am really hurting and worried that I really went too far this time.
