banded july 24th - lost 14 pounds most pre-op so im stuck already no restriction can eat anyting have a fill booked spet 4th- will hvae put on the weight i lost im assuming so frustrated i did this for nothing
hmmmm the start was making the decision to do this- so at the start of the journey- tomorrow i start the pre-op diet - even with paying for mos t of the surgery and have blood work done the diet makes it more real - its happening in two weeks i will be banded- so im scared and excited- it will help in the battle of the bulge or it wont - im making a mistake im self sabatoging again lots of these thoughts in my head!!! but i will continue i need to do this and I will do this -
