I'm almost 4 weeks post op. I'm not feeling as though I'm losing fast enough. I'm finally getting the correct amount of protein and fluids in. I'm walking 30 minutes a day. It's like the scale has froze. I am following the rules by the book and not seeing the results. Any ideas on how to pick up the paste? Since 2 wks ago I've lost 2lbs.

I've never done this before so here it goes. I'm 1 week post op and yesterday I felt like I had turned a corner. I have little pain left under my incision though my skin is still numb. I ate an egg (substitute) today and boy was it tasty. Even 45 minutes later, cold, it still was good. It felt good to chew. I've reviewed my diet and am not getting enough protein in. I bought Herbal Life protein drink and started on that instead of Carnation. It has 30 more calories but way more protein.
