Blue Cross Federal ????

Received a bill from my hospital today that my Co Pay for is over 4,000$$$ they are billing the band as durable medical equipment. Blue cross pays 70/30...upon researching the bill, l found out the hospital made a mistake and billed for two lap bands..Meanwhile the insurance paid the bill of over $21,000.
