Out of town all weekend so did pretty good. A little junk but plenty of sun. Plan on starting to walk more this week. Had a nutri-grain bar for breakfast and a michellini for lunch (not lean :party:). Will buy some later. Doing pretty good though for early in the week
I'm about 15 months post-op. Started at 231 and am currently at 187. Been stuck here for a long time. Trying to get to exercing more and drinking more water. Seeing if journaling will help me be more accountable. Will welcome any motivation. Started this morning with a Grandma's cookie (bad). No more after today. What is good for breakfast for anyone else. Also had two cups of coffee with regular cream and sugar. I know to use splenda and fat free creamer. I'm eating lunch now and hav
I had the surgery a year ago today and have lost about 45 pounds. I really have to get in the mood the walk and work out a little and I probably would lose more. Haven't had too much trouble. Would do it again. Looking forward to talking to others about their journey.   :thumbup:
