OOOoookkkk... UPDATE UPDATE: As frustrating as this is... I WILL HAVE THE LAP BAND SURGERY BY THE END OF THE YEAR IF IT KILLS ME... well, maybe not THAT drastic... but I have been trying to do this for 4 years now. Hi All! My name is Carleen and I'm from central Nebraska. I have posted before, but this is my first blog. I posted some messages after seeing some extremely wonderful "Before and After" Pics. Everyone is looking so, so wonderful!!   Well - I just spoke with my doctor's office (Dr. Forney and Holloway with Western Surgical Group in Scottsbluff, NE) and Melinda, my insurance person, assured me that they would finally be submitting my files to insurance today.
