Well where do i start? ok so i am a little nervous and need you all as my suport team. i have never written a blog here before and have been checking it out here for some time now. i am getting my band on tues and i am finally a little scared! well my feelings are mixed i am happy worried and scared all at the same time. I do not know what to expect and or how i should approach this. do you have any pointers for me ? i know this is a life altering thing and i am ready for this. i want this more then ever! my concern is will this affect my work? My work is my life. I think i am doing this maybe so my work will no longer be my life. is there any good pointers i should know? any type of protien shakes that is better tasting? please help. thank you.
