:thumbup:I am doing great! I had my band in Feb. and my first fill last week. Before my fill I could eat alot,but with some pain!! Now I can only hold a very small amount! I hope I can keep this up,I started at 285 and now I'm at 255! But now there is more will power needed and learning to know when I am full!I will write more as time goes by!!
