Hi all My surgery is scheduled for July 2, 2008, two days after my birthday. I tried to get them to do it on the day, but alas no go. I am on two shakes a day and a low carb meal and a evening shake. Very nervous. I dont know if anyone reads these but it does make me feel better to write. Hope all is well with everyone. Keep the faith.

I had my seminar a couple of weeks ago and have my Dr appointment May 22 2008. My weight at this time is 242 on my 5 foot frame. yuk!!!! I hope to blog frequently and let you know how I am progressing, since it does seem to help, and I think my DH is getting sick of hearing it.
