Too tight and eating sliders

After mt last fill, about 4 months ago, I,ve been having trouble sleeping without waking up coughing my brains out because of fluid being pushed back up and I guess when I swallow it back down some gets into my lungs(like swallowing something the wrong way would do to you). I believe I'm at my sweet spot and don't want to try an unfill because I'll start eating more and then, here comes the weight again.:thumbup: Not sure what I'm going to do.
