I had surgery there on 10/17/2011 and when I entered this very little office in a run down strip center, I almost ran. But I had to loose weight for my heart and so I went ahead with the DS surgery. I just started on Victoza 2 weeks ago, It is a new once daily injectable, very easy no pain. I have no appetite and have lost 9 lbs in 13 day. It is supposed to be for type 1 an 2 diabetics , but the drug is so succesful for weight loss that doctors are putting their overweight patients that are not diabetic on it in smaller doses and it is working great for weight loss. Hi I had my sleeve done on aug 14th I lost a total of 31 lbs pre surgery and post diet. I never lost another lb after I started eating regular food 2 weeks post op. i have congestive heart failure and I must loose 60 more pounds , I would like to locate the lady that had her surgery in Kentucky with a doctor that does a mini gas bypass a little differently. please contact me at judylwebster@aol.com or here jlweb55:unsure:
