BANDED 11-21-07 AND FEELING EXCELLENT

:whoo:Ok the last I journaled it was the night b4 my surgery. Well I had my suergy yesterday and I feel great! I stopped all of my pain meds after 3pm yesterday. I walked 31 laps total around both of the nurses stations (20 laps yesterday and 11 more this morning b4 I left the hospital. Today is thanksgiving so I di try some mashed potatoes. They went down ok. My throat is still a little soar from the breathing tube during the surgery but other than that minor issue I am wonderful. Getting us

Tomorrow is the big day!

Tomorrow is the beginning of the rest of my life. This journey of mines has been going on for years in my head. I have listened to so many people say that you do not need the lap-band surgery. All you need is a really good excerise program and a great nutritionist. Well damn it I tried all of that and I am tired of the yo-y syndrom that I fall into every year.
