So this is my first time doing anything like this. I will just start by introducing my self. I am a 32 year old, wife, and mother of 3 young children. I had surgery in March of 2014. To be honest I don't think that I was completely prepared for everything that went along with this weight-loss tool. I am pretty lazy and truly only worked out for the first year or so. My eating goes in spurts. I will do good for a while then have a couple months of not so good eating. I was around 298 when
