How often are you working out? If your Dr. doesn't want you to lose more but maintain, working out everyday is just gonna be bad. Try working out 3 days a week for only 30min to an hour. If you feel the need to still exercise on the other days try something simple like yoga. Good stretching can feel just as good

I know I alternated a bit like that.

Mon - Yoga

Tues - Treadmil (walking at about 3mph)

Wed - Treadmil for about 20 min then do some weight training

Thurs - Kickboxing class

Friday - treadmil (walking at about 3mph)

And the weeks I was too busy I would just go to yoga, then treadmil on Tues and then my kickboxing class. Helped me to feel like I was still getting it in there.

I'm the same way. scale doesn't move until I go a couple of days without exercising. I think it's the gaining muscle thing and muscle weighs more then fat. As long as my clothes keep getting bigger I'm happy.

cause if you go too much it has the opposite effect.. cause you are overdoing it...

I WILL DEFINITELY TAKE UR ADVICE A NEW WOMAN...i'm going to drink juice and Protein b4 exercising...i started taking my Iron pills last night and feel a heck of a lot better today. :-)

I hope you continue to feel better each day. Just wanted to give you a heads up that sometimes iron pills can cause constipation. If it's not one thing, it's another.

Best wishes to you.
