What's for Supper?

My kids have friends over, and they want pizza. I'm sure I could eat pizza, but I don't WANT to eat pizza. I'm sick of grilled chicken. Any ideas for DH and me?

If you're making the pizza yourself, how about putting the pizza toppings over your chicken? Or at least some sauce and mozzarella.

I just found a new receipe that I really like. Very simple yet I found it filling. Chicken and cucumber, tomatoe salad topped with Zest Italian dressing.

Cook chicken, either grill or boil... chop add other ingrediates then refrigerate until chilled.

I eat the toppings and if I still feel hungry I will break off tiny pieces of thin crust and dip in mustard. Sounds funky but I like it,

I made stuffed mushrooms with laughing cow garlic and herb cheese. YUM

I had bay scallops n cooked em in a pepper seasoning w/a little bit of garlic and olive oil...YUM!! I even over cooked them (haven't learned how not to over-cook them yet) and they were still delicious!
