Hi! I was banded on june 4th and I was wondering when should I start taking Multivitamin??? My Dr suggested the Bariatric Advantage Vitaband...does anyone know that brand?

By the way anyone comes from Montreal? I was banded by Dr Miller (self pay) in a private clinic. It was absolutely wonderful, great team and it was like a 5 stars hotel!!!:cursing:

I take the watermelon bariatric advantage. It makes me nausoues it's so disgusting. It tastes like fish covered in watermelon. It makes me GAG. I try taking with coffee to mask the taste. I recommend something else.

Anyone take the adult gummy vitamins? They're delicious!

Straight after surgery I was taking a liquid multivitamin but it ended up taking me half the day to drink and it wasn't that great so I switched to a complete vitamin and mineral substitute. At the moment it's fine but I know once I start getting fills I'm going to have to change it or cut it up in case it gets stuck

what about for people in Australia? does anyone know of any multi Vitamins that are easy to get down?

I take the Centrum Multivitamin, it's about the size of your thumb nail I guess and it's pretty easy to swallow. But we definitely need chewable ones here in aus.

I take the Viactiv Multi-Vitamin. It's a chewable milk chocolate one. It's like my treat of the day. My Dr. had me start them the first day of my Pre-Op Diet which was this week. On day 5 and they've been my life savor for chewing! I know you can get them at Walmart or CVS.
