That magic phone call came in from the surgeon's office today. Approved, and surgery is set for june 10. Yahoo.

Me too! Approved Yesterday and I have been waiting since last August.....and OF COURSE, my surgeon is really busy and they are trying to "squeeze" me in...funny....and I got approved on a holiday weekend - when the doc is going to be out till next Tuesday - so I don't get a date till then - more waiting....After two denials and an appeal.....I am giddy and nervous all at the same time....the time is now.... i just got a house too...closing is june 5th - I am so happy...there aren't any emoticons that say what I feel right now....

congrats on it being your birthday, what is funny is it is 7 years to the day from my last surgery, my when i felt reborn with my hysterectomy.

congrats! I just got approved too! i had to call my insurance company (cuz I just couldn't wait - had to know) and got the good news. I'm scheduled for June 15th. They told me they mailed the letter out on wed. may 20th - my birthday!
