i dont want to sound unappreciative or like a head case...i'm 16 pounds away from my goal...i havent updated my ticker...i lost so fast...sometimes i wake up like what happened??????? not only do u have to adjust to the physical changes...but the mental changes as well...the thought of not having to worry about my weight anymore is something i haven't comprehended yet...now that i'm almost there and dropped almost 120 pounds in less than 7 months...i'm feeling overwhelmed...not depressed...but i feel like i didnt get to enjoy a size 16...14...for very long...i just dropped and dropped...my friend is getting ready to embark on this journey and told her this morning to work hard...but to enjoy each drop and size...i have so many clothes i only got to wear once or not at all...i'm not complaining...i have had fun and love the way i look and feel...but those of u that r in a rush....like i was...losing 50-60 pounds in 6 months is great...dont b in such a rush...work hard and enjoy urself!!!!!!!!! u'll get there!!!!!!!!!! and take it from someone who knows...faster isnt always better....
