3 yrs out- why I had my fill removed voluntarily
Thanks. I've just ordered the book from Amazon. After my initial loss of35lbs, I have gained and lost the same 5lbs for about 6 months. I have avoided another fill because, although I can eat more than I should be able to, there are still many many occasions where my band clamps shut, making it difficult even for liquids to pass. I have developed the habit of eating high fat/high sugar junk and it is shameful. cheese, chocolate and nuts/seeds. Ridiculous. But those things pass through - even bread is ok with me, though I slather it in butter to make it "go down easier"!!! I am hoping that this little confession will serve as the line I draw under the past few months of nonsense.

How much do you really Exercise??
AirKuhl: I think photos are necessary. For scientific research purposes, you understand ...

Diet Coke . . .
No. But I had a sip of Champagne and my stomach erupted like a volcano!
-
suddenly tight/stuck??
The PBing on peanut butter probably irritated your stoma and made it swell. Happened to me once.
-
I hate fat people!!!
I would really like to see this study. Citation please?

I threw up...Not a PB.
That is EXACTLY what I experience :cursing::cursing:

I threw up...Not a PB.
I would never admit this anywhere else but on this site  ... I keep some of those sanitary bags in my car door for emergencies! You know, the ones with that lady carrying a parasol on the front? I pinched a few from the toilets at work. Ssshhhh! :crying:

Miss French Fries??? Try this!
I'm gonna try this!

I threw up...Not a PB.
My PBs are always like that. The full retching, heaving and loud shouting "Huey!!" :w00t: I don't get the stomach acid though, so I guess I'm just a dramatic PBer... Does concern me re slippage though, as these episodes can be quite violent. :scared2:

My "Full Signal"
Ditto. And the gurgling can sometimes go on for ages after I've stopped eating...

How much can you eat?
Ah, thanks. I was wondering if a "cup" was the same size as an average mug available everywhere in the UK...?
-
How much can you eat?
Anyone?

How much can you eat?
I've always wanted to know this: How big, exactly, is this mythical "cup"? :smile2:
