    Wow U Eat That!?

I eat all that crap and can't fight the urge. I'm weak like that. I still think fat. This an addiction. I'm having a hard time eating properly. It seems like a lot of people follow the plan out if fear. I wish I had some of that.

    Question about Fill

Go back to doc. You are way too tight!

    Coffee?

I was never told NOT to drink coffe. I have a big cup everyday and I would drink it anytime as much as I want and never have problems. I had my surgery over a year and a half now. I was never told to stop drinking coffee . My doctors are well known, so its not like they dont know what they are talking about.
  20. I had surgery in Oct 2008 and lost 85 lbs so far, about 30 to go. I just got my 4th fill last month and now Ithink I feel looser. I told my the Physician Asst that I had been experiencing a little heartburn since I had been PB'ing and she said she was only gonna give me a 1/2 cc. Well, since then I can eat more and I cant throw up. Not that I want to, but if something feels stuck now, I cant get it out. My question is: Has anybody felt looser AFTER a fill and able to eat more???? This is pissing me off, cause Im not losing and keep goin up and down 3 lbs. I can finish a tuna sandwich without feeling uncomfortable. Yet, I cant eat a slice of pizza or have Chinese rice. what gives? I know, I know.I shouldnt be eating that stuff, but can someone answer my question?:wink2:

    Bummer...

Rice is a slider food???? Lasagna and spaghetti?? I know we are all different, but those are not slider foods for anyone. They are foods that you can tolerate and eat without a problem. TRUE slider foods are mashed potatoes, ice cream, anything that literally slides down your throat without chewing, but is high in calories and fat.
  22. Relax and calm down!! My fills didnt take until the 3rd one. Up until then, I had no restrictions and was working on will power alone. It will happen, dont worry.

    Bones & "squishiness"

Hi! I was actually getting scared thinking I had lumps in my chest and realized it was bones I hadnt seen or felt in years! My hip bones are poking out and I LOVE it! Ive always been bottom -heavy, so since Ive lost 85 pounds, my butt feels soft and so do my thighs. Supposedly, it takes about a year and a half after you have reached goal for your skin to adjust to your new body. Although, I willl never be firm, maybe with exercise, some of this extra jiggle will firm up. But, Im not complaining, believe me. Hell, plastic surgery is always an option. So, I welcome those lumps and bumps. Bring 'em on!
