    I am self pay too and Dr Bonnor rocks. Try him if you don't have a doctor yet..

    Hi there, I'm from houston too but I will be moving to San Antonio in June. Therefore, I have to have my surgery there. But there are a lot of good doctors in houston so you shouldn't have any problems.
