Urine sample cup

If you are having trouble imagining what 4oz looks like (at a restaurant and can't measure, too lazy to measure etc) just picture a common urine sample cup! they are almost exactly 4oz (within a few ml) It was a trick that my surgeon showed me--sticks in my head for sure
